LISTENING TO EPISODES FROM THE HOLLER
How do I access my feeds from the Holler?
You can listen to your ad-free feed, Holler Exclusives, and other feeds on any podcast app that supports adding private RSS feeds. You can find Supercast's detailed instructions for adding a feed to your podcast app at this link.

How do I log in to the Holler?

How do I update my address?
- Log into the Holler in a web browser.
- Click / tap your profile icon (if you haven't set this, it will be your initials) in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Select "Manage Subscription" from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down the next page and you will find the "Address" section.
- Click the "Edit" button at the top right of that section.

RELEASE SCHEDULE
How often are regular season episodes released?
We release episodes on our regular, public feed (the one with ads) every other Thursday when we are in season (i.e. not on hiatus working on the next season), with some exceptions:
- Sometimes we take a break between story arcs (typically an extra week off), which we will announce with the final episode of that arc.
- Occasionally we publish bonus stories that fall outside the season. These may be published during the season (for example, a special holiday episode) or between seasons.
For subscribers, these episodes will be posted to the ad-free feed on WEDNESDAY EVENING before the episode goes live on the public feed.
How often are subscriber exclusive episodes released?
Patreon exclusive episodes are released every month, on the 30th of the month (except for February, when we release on the 28th), barring any unforeseeable circumstances, holidays, etc. If we need to make a change to this schedule, we will post about it in the Holler (which means you'll get an email about it; please read our emails).
When is the next season coming out?
Season 5 will begin on December 5, 2024 (which means y'all get it on the evening of December 4; see above).
We take 4-6 months off between seasons every year to work on other projects such as our live tours. When we’re ready to announce next season’s launch date, we’ll post that date on our socials and update our subscriber list.

Transcripts are linked conveniently within the show notes for every episode in your Holler feeds, be it the ad-free version of a regular season episode or a subscriber exclusive.
CARE PACKAGES
Please note: Care packages are not included in the We Know You From Church or Not Blood Kin But Almost tiers.
When will I receive my care package?
TLDR: 2 calendar months for US, 3 for international.
We ship a care package to US residents with a monthly subscription once they have been subscribed for 2 months (3 months for international packages due to shipping costs). Annual subscribers will receive their package when we ship the next batch.
Notable exceptions: We cannot ship during the month of December, or while we are on tour.
How frequently do you ship care packages?
We ship all the care packages for each month in one big batch. Your care package will not ship on your exact renewal date. We do not have the resources to ship daily.
We ship ONE CARE PACKAGE PER YEAR to everyone subscribed at a tier that includes a care package. They are not monthly packages.
Will I get a shipping notification?
Our shipping partner will send a shipping notification to the email address you have on file. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean you will receive it. Sometimes these wind up in spam folders, etc. We can't be responsible for shipping emails that go astray. We appreciate your understanding.
My care package was shipped, but I never received it.
Please use the tracking number you received in your shipping notification to try to track it down with USPS. If all else fails, email us and we'll do what we can to help sort it out.
How do I update my address?

CUSTOM AUDIO RECORDINGS
Please note: This benefit is available to the Keepers of the Green and Council of Unseen Elders tiers only.
How do I claim my once-yearly Cameo-style custom audio recording?
Once you have been billed at the tier that includes this reward for 3 months, please email us. Audio can be up to 3 minutes and include any character voiced by Steve or Cam.
Please remember that recording material must be approved by OGoA, and requested at least one month in advance. So if you want a recording for your mom's birthday or your cousin's wedding, be sure to get in touch in a timely fashion, Family.
After the first recording, you can reach out once a year, after your billing anniversary.
SIDE CHARACTER NAMED FOR/BY YOU
Please note: This benefit is available to the Council of Unseen Elders tier only.
How do I claim my in-show side character named for (or by) me?
Once you have been billed at the tier that includes this reward for 4 months, please email us.
Please note that names must be approved by Steve and Cam and are subject to alteration. (It probably goes without saying, but we’re not going to approve silly names like Hillbilly McBoatface. Seriously.)
When can I expect to hear my side character name?
It may take some time before your your character name appears in the show. Naming requests DO NOT drive the narrative. We work in patron-requested character names when we have a side character to name, in the order we receive requests (meaning there may be others in the queue ahead of you). It should go without saying that if we're on between seasons, on tour, etc. there will be a wait.
We may choose to use your character name in a subscriber exclusive story, which provides more opportunities for us to use the name you chose. Please let us know if you only want your character name to appear in the regular season, public feed.
GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
YES! Now that we've moved to the Holler, you can gift a subscription to someone you love... or someone you hate and want to terrify (we don't judge, family).
MOVING FROM PATREON
How do I move my subscription from Patreon to the Holler?

Is the Holler a replacement for Patreon, or something to subscribe to in addition to Patreon?
The Holler replaces Patreon.
Once I join the Holler, do I need to cancel Patreon or does that happen automatically?
Joining the Holler does NOT automatically cancel your Patreon subscription. Please be sure to log in and cancel your Patreon subscription.
Do I have to wait until my renewal date to switch to the Holler?
No. The subscription fee you've paid on Patreon will be honored and used towards the new subscription. You paid for a month and still have 10 days remaining? We will apply a credit for the remaining 10 days to your account at the Holler.
Does my payment at the Holler have to be monthly?
Nope. Just like here on Patreon, you can choose an annual subscription and save 10\%. And just like monthly subscriptions, we will apply a credit for the time remaining in your annual subscription to your account at the Holler.
Can I just stay on Patreon?
At this time, we are still making ad-free episodes available to the $5 tier and up, and publishing subscriber exclusive stories for the $10 tier and up, for members on Patreon. Other rewards such as care packages, custom audio, and side character names will be fulfilled. Patreon subscribers will not have access to new features that we introduce in the Holler, such as quarterly AMAs. As of October 25, 2024, we are no longer accepting new Patreon memberships, and we will eventually be sunsetting Patreon, so we highly encourage you to make the move to the Holler at your earliest convenience.
