Born into a family with a steep music history John Bullard learned to play music at a young age. Learning from music legends such as Lee Sexton of Line Fork Kentucky who was a National Endowment of the Arts award winner, Jack Bunch, Clyde Davenport, George Gibson, and blues musician James Clayton who taught John how to play slide guitar.

  Matt Evans has lived in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina for over 30 years, where he was born and raised. Matt has produced live entertainment in Asheville, NC for almost two decades. He is a longtime musical collaborator with Old Gods of Appalachia co-creator Steve Shell, having toured with Steve for over a decade in their punk hardcore band. For OGoA, Matt has contributed music for Season 2 and the special episode "Door Under the Floor," as well as voicing the character Chris Ramey in the 2022 holiday special School Spirit.

Stacie believes that ethical storytelling is critical to lifting folks up toward holistic representation, and she brought that ethos to her work with Appalshop, the Kentucky Health Justice Network, and as Artistic Director of The Monologues of Lexington.
